FENCE DAMAGE VOUCHER APPLICATION FORM

II Legal description of land you own that that is within the NLCHPP boundary that qualify you for a voucher. Applicant must own160 acres or more within the NLCHPP boundary to qualify or submit an application.

    III I am applying for a voucher payment for compensation for fence damage on lands determined by my qualifying acres.  Please check only one level that best pertains or indicates your land ownership within the NLCHPP boundary.  All fencing materials will be used only on lands within the NLCHPP boundary.

160- 600 acres = $200 voucher

600 to 1000 acres = $300 voucher

1000 and over acres= $550 voucher

IV Applicant will receive an appropriate voucher for acreage qualified.  Voucher will be redeemed at Poudre Valley Co-op.
V See NLCHPP fence material list available for purchase with a voucher.
VI Applicant will be personally responsible to pay any and all taxes applying to their total purchase.  The total tax will be paid to Poudre Valley Co-op at the time of purchase.  No exceptions.

VII Poudre Valley Co-op is being a good neighbor and will give each applicant a BONUS of 5% of the total purchase.  This additional bonus value will be fencing materials donated to the applicant from Poudre Valley Co-op.  No other options will be considered.

NLCPP Materials List

Fencing materials only on the below list are available (no exceptions) with the voucher program.  All fence invoices must reflect and be in compliance with the prescribed materials available.

  1. Treated wood fence posts: 4”, 5”, 6” and 8” X 6 ½ ft and 8 ft.
  2. 5 ½ ft steel T-posts and clips (standard weight)

(short fence- wildlife-friendly)

  1. 1320 ft rolls CFi barbed wire (or comparable)
  2. 1320 ft rolls CFi barbless smooth wire (or comparable)
  3. twisted wire stays
  4. wood braces (corners) 4"x4"x8' and 2
  5. 2” HT barbed staples or standard sizes
  6. spikes (nails)

No gates, corral poles, snow fence, mesh fence or other special fence needs.
